The Edge Phone

Chris Owens has designed the Edge phone, a phone with glass keypad. It uses light and touch technology to target the style-conscious fashionistas.

The sliding keyboard of it is hidden right under the full touch screen display, and for answering an incoming call you shod slide the glass keyboard out.

Nokia Scentsory Phone

Now, it is just a very nice idea. It is always interesting to view
concept products. You never know which one will become the next big
thing.

The concept of Nokia Scentsory is quite cool actually. It is a mobile
communication device that works with the senses of smell, sight,
hearing and touch. If the concept goes into production, this phone
could truly revolutionize remote communication and interfacing.

It can also radiate colors, lighting, and temperature from the
caller’s environment. The dual-screen mobile has a LED touchpad,
speakers, hidden camera and temperature sensors. Nanotechnology has
played an important role in development of this new device.

Using highly sophisticated sensors, the electronic ‘nose’ samples the
odor of the caller’s environs and transmits this to the recipient
electronically. Kimberly Hu designs the Scentsory.
