Serene Cell Phone Bag |
|

Serene is a phone you want to keep. It is timeless in use, in design, and in technology, freed from unnecessary functions and instructions. By combining Bang & Olufsen’s concept development and design skills with Samsung’s leadership in mobile phone technology, engineering and quality, both companies saw an opportunity to realise a totally different mobile phone concept.
Serene enjoys the best sound and speech recognition ever heard in a mobile phone. In addition, Serene offers the basic features that we all want in a mobile phone - SMS, MMS from the built-in camera, and email.

TeMo: Robot Made of Recycled Cell Phones |
|

Do and will mobiles and mobile technologies impact our planet leading to pollution, rather global warming? The answer in brief, is “hugely.”
Thankfully, certified tech freak and sometimes software engineer Jatinderjit Singh has found a novel way of reincorporating old, used and disowned cellphones back into our lives. By putting together a bunch of Legos, a few microchips, some motors and an old cellphone, Singh invented the TeMo aka the ‘Telerobotics over Mobile packet data services’, which is a fully functional robot that can do fun tricks you can never get your dog to learn.

Linc Concept Phone |
|

LINC is a new type of touch screen smart phone that you can find anything new in it (It’s got a media player, a web browser, GPS, Bluetooth, wifi, 3G, blah, blah, blah etc) but what makes it stand out from the rest of the mobile crowd is that it is “designed for disassembly”.
It meets your needs as coustmer as well as the needs of the earth. Basic idea is that you lease your phone instead of owning it. After a year, you send your current handset back to LINC, which builds the phones for easy, automated disassembly to simplify component recycling. The device contains valuable materials like aluminum, glass, and electronic components that the producer can harvest for re-use.

Bamboo Mobile Phone |
|

Yet another example of Greener Gadgets Design. Nokia Remade isn’t the only phone concept which looks promising or, at the very least, intriguing. Earlier this month, the clever chaps at Nokia unveiled a phone made pretty much entirely from recycled materials.
The bamboo is a degradable mobile phone. Once the phone is no longer of use, the user removed the batter, antenna and print board and tosses throws the casing, which is filled with seedlings, in the compost. These new seedlings will eventually become bamboo trees, the thought behind it being that they will counteract the environmental impacts made by the manufacturing process.

Jawbones Headsets |
|

These headsets look not just good, but incredible. New versions of Aliph’s popular self-titled Bluetooth headset have been released, according to an announcement.
Celebrity designer Yves Behar, however, has helped fashion three new models, part of a “very” limited-edition run. The white, brown and black headsets are smooth, unlike the pock-marked original design, and represent trash talk, sweet talk and dirty talk, respectively.
