Sony Ericsson unveiled four phones today, their T270
camera phone and the cameraless T280 phones, and a duo of new radio
phones, the R300 and R306.
Both two T-Series have a thin (0.5in) metal candybar shape and are
focused chiefly on calling and basic web use; both have Bluetooth for
hands-free calling, while the T280 adds an FM radio with RDS station
data support.

But the R-series phones focused on radio, rather than music, for
developing areas where radio is still the major form of communication.
Each provides quick access to their AM/FM radios and buttons for
tuning presets. 3D sound effects and a volume boost feature allows
users to use the built-in speakers for general use. The R300 is a
candybar shaped phone with a simple VGA camera. The R306 offers a flip
design, larger speakers, and a more advanced 1.3 MP
camera.
